The forum’s public division welcomes any public member to join our online community at no charge. Each public member is welcomed to join and become a public member. However, anyone who wants to join GCA Forum powered by Gustan Cho Associates need to apply and approved by a senior member of Gustan Cho Associates. The second division that make up the GCA Forum at Gustan Cho Associates is the Executive FORUM Member. Executive FORUM Members are real estate, mortgage, or third-party housing and/or lending industry professionals who are experts in their respective fields. All Executive FORUM Members need to be sponsored by a GCA Associate and approved. The third division of GCA FORUM is the Preferred Realtor Partner who needs to become a member of GCAs Preferred Realtor Partner Referral Network. A preferred realtor partner is part of GCAs dually licensed realtor/MLO partnership in-house network. The fourth division at GCA FORUM will be a private internal FORUM where it will be exclusively for support and operations staff, and licensed personnel at Gustan Cho Associates or third-party professionals in the real estate or mortgage industry nominated and sponsored by a member of Gustan Cho Associates.
