I have held positions in most areas of lending, starting with processing all the way to Regional Sales Manager and as Regional Operations Manager. I have worked in Retail and Wholesale.  I have seen a lot and can typically answer most questions. And when I don’t know the answer, I won’t guess. I find out the answer and get back to you asap.  Aside from a strong working knowledge of the mortgage industry,  I consider my strongest attribute as, great customer service.  I answer my phone and return all calls. If I don’t answer, I am on the other line.  I check emails regularly and respond in under an hour
