Equity Prime Mortgage Empowered Down Payment Assistance program are for first-time homebuyers, first-reponders, or borrower who have been doing volunteer work. EPM Empowered DPA Program is an FHA loan program that has a 3.5% down payment assistance and is forgiveable after six months. You do not have to pay it back.
