Yes, from my understanding any equipment financing over $150,000 requires light doc such as bank statements or income tax returns. The higher the loan amount the more the paperwork required which is understandable.

Hi Gus quick question, if they aren’t doing any docs how are they verifying self employment for two years? Just by the by the borrowers application or checking the Secretary of State website for LLC formation date?
