    Flying an airplane

    Has anyone went to aviation school and learned to fly a helicopter? What was the hardest part? Is there any safety concern or safety measures that are taken since it only has one engine?

    I am a pilot of fixed wing aircraft and can’t speak with authority regarding helicopters. However, I believe the training and skillset are rigorous and challenging and somewhat different from fixed wing aircraft. Bryan Butts Pilot

      I have always thought it would be so neat to learn to fly.
